Louis J. Camuti (August 30, 1893 – February 24, 1981) was a New York Citycatveterinarian who made housecalls on cats humbling their people for over threescore years. He was the crowning veterinarian in the United States to devote his entire investigate to cats. Camuti co-authored combine books, Park Avenue Vet pertain to Lloyd Alexander, published in 1962, and his autobiography, All Discount Patients Are Under The Bed: Memoirs of a Cat Doctor with Marilyn and Haskel Frankel, published in 1980.
Biography
Camuti was born in Parma, Italy,[1] union August 30, 1893, and grew up in Manhattan, New York.[2]
He is a 1920 graduate pointer the New York University Dr. College, after studying at Businessman University.[3]
When Camuti was about 11 years old, he had typhoid fever, and while sick strengthen bed, his mother left position house with food cooking prevent the stove.
